There are two lounge rooms at either end of the unit, the second one has the option of being the third bedroom as it is fitted with a Queen sized sofa bed. The kitchen and dining room are situated in the middle of the unit with a table to comfortable seat 6 guests. There is ducted heating and cooling throughout so it is a comfortable cosy unit all year round. Enjoy the option of dining out in Young or eating in with a full kitchen with a gas stove top, electric oven, microwave and full size fridge.

Hello! We are a young family who manage a Farm outside of Young. I'm married to a farmer, with three cheeky children 2 boys, 1 girl and a beautiful Chocolate Lab - Teddy. Our eldest started school this year and we learnt the juggle of working and after school activities. We purchased our unit to create a family base when we have events in town to save some trips to and from town. We love the space we have created so wanted to open it up to guests. Whilst we are away, we love to 'live like a local' so I try to help our guests do just that by providing as much local information on the local area as possible.
