The open plan living and dining areas are bright and airy, with air conditioning in the lounge room with a large lounge for the whole family to gather and relax. A deck extends from the living space, offering alfresco dining with an ocean view & refreshing breeze. Downstairs, you will find a fourth bedroom, additional shower & toilet combined with the laundry. This second living area with a day bed and TV, opens to an outdoor space with comfy chairs & pool table. Giant heliconia leaves and lush monstera surround the inground pool and slide, creating a tropical backyard oasis, perfect for cooling off after a sunny day. There is also an outdoor spa for evening relaxation and a fire pit where the whole family can gather and stargaze. Location: You are an easy walk to what the locals refer to as 'Konda'. A small street with a beach track just north of the south end of one mile beach. The south end is patrolled from September to the end of April school holidays. 'Konda' is great for escaping the crowds at the southern end. One Mile Beach is arguably one of the most beautiful in the area, favoured for its excellent swimming and surfing in crystal clear turquoise waters. It is known for its towering sandhill, pristine white sand and playful dolphin visitors. At the northern end, kids can have fun boarding and sliding down the massive dune. The southern end also offers barbecue facilities, picnic spots and playground equipment, as well as the Cape Hawke Surf Club and cafe. Just a stone's throw from One Mile Beach is Bennetts Head Lookout, where incredible views stretch across the coastline. The scenic headland walk will take you closer to breathtaking landscapes and is a great vantage point for spotting marine life.
