With the countryside on your backdoor, Lindisfarne village at the bottom of the hill, the cafes, the village bakeries, shops, supermarket and the esplanade a short walk away you will be well situated to enjoy everything that the immediate area has to offer. And with Hobart CBD, Salamanca Place and MONA just a short drive over the bridge you’ll have everything on your doorstep for a memorable experience. Journey’s to and from the airport are just 12 minutes away. Off street parking is available. There is public transport at the bottom of the hill which takes you into the city with ease. Taxi's and Uber are also available but for the best experience we recommend hiring a car no matter where you stay in Hobart. Getting around the city with a car is the most convenient and opens up the greater metropolitan area and also gives you access to destinations outside of the city including other villages, wineries, beaches and Mount Wellington, which are well worth a visit.
