Property information

This lovely holiday home is super close to the beach, tennis courts, sports center, bowling club and parklands. It has 3 bedroom and 2 bathrooms - the main bedroom (king sized bed) with smart TV & ensuite is downstairs (cot available) as is the kitchen, dining with table and seating for 6, L shaped living area with a gas log heater and a R/C aircon, the laundry is also downstairs and has a front-loading washing machine. Upstairs has the 2 secondary bedrooms (both with R/C air conditioners) - one with 2 king single beds and the other has 2 single beds, the main bathroom is also upstairs with a walk in shower, vanity and toilet. The well equipped kitchen has everything you would need for your stay- dishwasher, microwave, cook top and under bench oven along with all the usual appliances, the laundry has a front loader washing machine with access to the clothesline outside and it also the 2 car lock up garage. The L shaped living area has a TV zone with a smart TV and a comfy lounge, dining area with seating for 6, another couch in the lounge area and a comfy armchair to be able to have those long conversations in front of the gas log heater. There is also an R/C air conditioner. Glass sliding doors open to the large back deck with the BBQ, outdoor setting and sun lounges. LINEN: BYO bed linen (sheets, pillowcases, doona covers, towels, bathmats & tea towels) Linen hire available YES, we love Fur Babies! Up to 2 well behaved dogs are welcome but not on the furniture. Please bring your own bedding and towls etc *Deposit or full payment is processed once booking is confirmed. A non-refundable credit card surcharge applies: 1.5% for Visa/MC, 3% for Amex. It's just a short stroll to the beach so you can enjoy the sound of waves washing up on the shore & a lovely walk with your nearest & dearest plus your 4 legged best friend - or perhaps a more energetic run? So much to do you may need to come back or extend your stay! And don't forget the fine dining at The Vue Grand.
