Of an evening you can see the twinkling lights of Swansea across the bay. Of course being north facing allows plenty of time for a BBQ or just stilling back with a refreshing drink and soaking in the scenery. There is also a (wind) sheltered patio area with a wood-fired pizza oven, a bench table and chairs for social entertaining and relaxing. An external shower to wash off beach sand is a must when returning from the beach. The open plan living area combines all the elements you need, wonderful water and beach views from all angles, fully equipped kitchen and dining, as well as a comfortable lounge suite from which to drink in the view and a glass of East Coast wine. Keep your eyes open for wildlife as you may see wallabies, possums, sea eagles, owls, seals, sting-rays, dolphins and even whales right from your balcony
