This fully contained and separate modern granny flat nestled in acres of established gardens provides peace and privacy 5 minutes from Armidale town centre and 5 minutes from Petersons' cellar door.
The place is clean, comfortable and quiet and contains everything you need for your get-away.
You are welcome to wander through the gardens and paddocks throughout your stay.
We look forward to hosting you!
We like to give our guests privacy but also like to meet you for a chat. We are only a text away throughout your stay to answer any questions.
This place is located on the edge of town - the perfect balance between country living and proximity to shops and amenities. It is very quiet.
The town is a 5-minute car trip away or 35-minute walk.
