Newly renovated, this home will delight! Two bedrooms include wardrobes and ceiling fans. The Master Bedroom has a King Bed, Wardrobe, Desk and ensuite Bathroom. All bedrooms and the living area include split system heating and cooling. The kitchen, with a breakfast bar, pantry and the latest stainless-steel appliances, overlooks a living area that is bathed in natural light and leads out to a entertaining deck and garden. Access all your streaming services through the Smart TV. Alternatively, sit back and read a book in privacy of the outside deck and garden. Park your car in the private parking area and enjoy walking to nearby Pakington Street.
