Relax in the countryside in this beautifully restored homestead, showcasing original features and bursting with country charm. Enjoy picturesque views of the ranges and surrounding countryside from the French doors which open onto the verandah. Only 3kms from the renowned Tooborac Pub, known for their delicious meals; the Bakery with its famous pies and the award-winning Brewery. Located at the gateway to the Heathcote Wine Region. Relax in comfort year round, with ducted heating and cooling or light up the fire for a bit of romance. Large open plan kitchen/ living area with plenty of space to spread yourselves out. A dedicated study room for those who need to work. Separate games and movie room which has a sofa bed. Outside BBQ area. Plenty of outdoor space to explore and fruit can be picked from the trees in season. This homestead is situated on a working farm, so please do not venture through closed gates or into sheds. Enjoy the views, but please respect farm biosecurity.
