This airy apartment has beautiful balcony views which overlooks Colley Reserve and the beach
Only 3 min walk to buses/trams & Jetty Road (Glenelg's best restaurants & cafes) Coles is only a 5 min walk away
The building has natural air flow which allows you to sleep with the doors open to enjoy the sound of the sea

I work away when my apartment is available so you will have it all to yourself - some cupboards are secured to accommodate my stuff. You will be met for check-in & given the necessary security devices to access the building. Check-in/out times are flexible - the security devices must be given to my agent before departure.
The beach and open parks are all within 50 metres.
Glenelg boasts a vibrant beachside square - the council hosts many free events in the foreshore area or you can simply enjoy your lunch on the promenade & feed the many seagulls!!
There are walking and riding paths along the beach and to the city. It is an active community so enjoy the environment while you exercise or simply relax & soak up some sun.
Buses and trams are a 3 min walk away and they access the city and major venues in Adelaide as well as the airport. The apartment is conveniently located for mobile pedestrians who would enjoy some shopping and a meander through the back streets which are filled with historic architecture.
Hotels, cinema & arcade game complex are easily accessed by foot.
