The kitchen is fully equipped for easy home cooking, featuring an oven, stovetop, microwave, and an espresso machine for effortless morning starts. Beside it, the dining area sits by wide windows that frame expansive views of the treetops, Mona Vale valley, and glimpses of the ocean. Step out to the covered deck, where a six-seater outdoor table and gas BBQ set the tone for alfresco dining. Below, the front yard offers an expanse of open lawn, ideal for relaxing in the sun. As night falls, recharge in one of three comfortable bedrooms—two with queen beds and one with two singles. Natural light filters through garden-facing windows, giving each room a calming atmosphere. Each room also enjoys complete privacy despite the suburban setting. The upstairs bathroom features a bathtub, shower and separate toilet, making daily routines effortless for groups. Downstairs, a second bathroom provides an additional shower and toilet for added convenience. The laundry, complete with a washer, dryer and outdoor access, makes longer visits feel effortless. There is a full-sized Hills Hoist in the front yard and a folding clothes horse behind the laundry door. Portable fans and heaters are provided for year-round comfort. On-site parking is available for two vehicles in the driveway. Please note: The home’s two-level layout requires climbing stairs and may not be suitable for guests with mobility issues.
