Property information

Gorgeous blackbutt timber cladding and polished concrete floors through the living areas is perfect for the beachside lifestyle. There is a luxurious master suite on its own level with sitting area and private balcony that overlooks the pool. Dressing room and spacious ensuite, all with hardwood spotted gum flooring accessed by a stunning floating staircase. Four metre ceilings in the kitchen opening to a superb alfresco area, and 2.7 metre ceilings throughout the rest of the home. Bedrooms two, three and four are all generous with built in wardrobes. The main bathroom is luxuriously appointed with floor to ceiling tiles. There is a study adjacent to the living room, great for a home office or homework area.

Ideally located in the Golden Triangle of Lennox Head, just minutes to the beach, restaurants and shops of the village is Grotta Mare. The home is an easy strolling distance to the beach and village centre and is the perfect home for the family seeking an easy holiday experience.
