This property is managed by Q Stay and is not affiliated with the onsite management. Please note that a security bond is required upon arrival for all bookings. Housekeeping is not provided during your stay, including towel refreshes, and please be aware that bedding configurations and furniture may vary slightly from the photos. Our office is open from 9:00 AM to 5:00 PM on weekdays and 10:00 AM to 4:00 PM on weekends. — Key collection is from our office at Suite 54, Level 2 Retail Precinct, Circle on Cavill – 9 Ferny Ave, Surfers Paradise. Check-in is available from 3:00 PM until closing, with late check-in available, and check-out is by 10:00 AM. The entire property is yours to use for the duration of your stay! We ask you treat the property as if it were you own & enjoy your time on the Gold Coast.

DISCLAIMER: Q Stay does not manage onsite facilities such as the pool, sauna, gym, etc. and can not control when and for how long closures/maintenance will occur. Disruptions to the complimentary wifi are out of Q Stay’s control. No compensation will be given for such events. H Residence Apartments are located at Hilton right in the heart of Surfers Paradise. Just a short walk to the Surfers Paradise Beach, cafes and restaurants. Public transport is right outside so you can see all the Gold Coast has to offer, such as: Pacific Fair, Casino, Broadbeach, Gold Coast Theme Parks. Resort Facilities include Restaurants, Spa, Sauna and Swimming Pools!
