The elevated position on Headland drive gives fantastics views of Seven Mile Beach and the Berry Hinterland. Halcyon is also pet friendly, with a fully fenced yard that is perfect for kids or dogs. Overall Halcyon has a lovely feeling of space, relaxation and natural light - with plenty of room for everyone! Strictly no parties at this property – please. Where will I be? Halcyon is located on the high side of Headland Drive, in a particular location that gives it fantastic, unique views. The local cafe, local shops, and local beaches are all within walking distance of the property. Gerringong, Kiama, Berry and Shoalhaven Heads are all within easy driving distance as well.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
