The property is high quality, comfortable, spacious, light-filled and extremely well equipped with all the essentials to make your stay relaxing, convenient and enjoyable. 5 min walk to tram stop then a short trip to the beach or city. Parks, markets, restaurants, cafes, bars, Crown Casino, South Wharf and popular Bay St are all within a 15-20 min walk. Open to medium-term rental between 30-90 days (contact us to discuss).
