Highview on Victoria is a one level, open plan spacious home in a quiet elevated location providing great bush land views and a glimpse of the ocean. Situated close to the sporting club facilities, Highview on Victoria is a great base for your next golfing, bowling or fishing trip. The large open plan living, dining area is the perfect place to entertain, relax or watch your favourite sporting event. Enjoy a glass of bubbles and a bbq lunch on the large undercover deck, you'll see an abundance of wildlife, with kangaroos and emus a plenty! The owner can also supply a webber bbq on request). The well appointed bathroom has both a shower and a bath, with a separate toilet. The quiet location is perfect. At this stage this is the only home in the street, so whilst the property is still close to all town facilities, you will feel a mile away from any crowds. The enclosed yard, with lush green lawns makes it perfect for kids. Please note that a permanent tenant lives in a seperate, fully-contained unit located at the rear of the property. Their space has their own entrance and does not share indoor amenities with the guests. This home has plenty of parking for cars and even the biggest boat. Fish cleaning facilities are available. This is the perfect home for a large family, or 2 families holidaying together, and provides a very comfortable base for exploring all that Coffin Bay has to offer.
