Pets: We kindly ask you keep your much-loved fur friends at home during your time away as the property is not equipped to facilitate pets and their antics. We think you will have a much more relaxing time with one less traveler to take care of and we want you to fully enjoy every aspect of your stay. Safety: The property is not fully fenced, and we highly recommend the safety of children prioritized should any small children be coming on holidays with you. The property has patio. Noise Policy: We always follow strict noise regulations and ask you to be respectful and considerate. Strictly no parties or gatherings are to be held in this property. Any breach of these regulations may result in eviction without a refund of the remaining funds or deposit. Age Limit: We do not accept reservations for groups with travelers under the age of 23 years unless a specific exception has been approved. With plenty of fun activities and experiences on offer, including swimming with dolphins, shark and ray encounters, Oakfield Ranch Camel Rides, dolphin watching cruises departing from the Marina all year-round and whale watching cruises from May to November, you are truly spoilt for choice. If you’re after a more active outdoors option, we recommend getting amongst the local wildlife for a hike up to the Gan Gan Lookout, or a bike ride is also a fantastic way to explore the stunning waterfront, you could go as far as the heritage-listed Nelson Head lighthouse, built in 1875. Just a 2.5-hour drive north from Sydney and 31 kilometres from Newcastle Airport, Salamander Bay is an absolute must-do when it comes to escaping the city life.
