Seperate entrance large bedroom bathroom with own shower and toilet portable air conditioner ceiling fan with all essentials towels etc. smart tv.
My house is one street back from Main Street in Holbrook. It is approximately 500 Metres away from local supermarket and Hotel.There is cafes in Main Street with another Hotel also in Main Street. There is a Submarine and museum and cafe nearby. Holbrook is approximately 60 kilometres North of a major city called Albury which is on the border of Victoria.
