6 bedroom 4 bathroom waterfront house, refreshed in 2022 to provide the best home away from home. You can bring your boat, there is a 10 metre pontoon! You will enjoy WiFi, a media room complete with 8 recliners, a billiard room, a pool table, karaoke machine, indoor and outdoor dining This home sleeps 13 guests, with a Double/Single Bunk, TV, ensuite and air conditioning , plus 2 Queen Beds downstairs. Upstairs has a King Bed with TV and ensuite, a Queen Bed and a Single Bed + Single Trundle. Fantastic cross-flow ventilation, with crimsafe security screens, ceiling fans and air-conditioning to cool down the open living area including the billiard room & kitchen , the bunk bed room and the media room A BBQ, 10m pontoon and great views across the water The front of the home is fenced and secure This property has 1 garage spot available and driveway parking available for up to 4 cars, all behind a secure front gate.
