We specialise in managing a curated collection of unique holiday rentals in the Blue Mountains. Each property is thoughtfully cared for by our dedicated team, ensuring every detail contributes to a memorable stay. We take pride in offering you a comfortable and seamless experience. - Balance Payment: The remaining balance is due 30 days before arrival.

- Refundable Bond: An AU300 refundable bond is payable by credit card 30 days before arrival and is refunded 7 business days after departure.

CANCELLATION POLICY:

- Date Transfers: Changes to booking dates are not permitted within 30 days of the arrival date.

- COVID-19 Lockdown: If travel is prohibited due to a COVID-19 lockdown, bookings can be transferred up to one year in advance with one free date change.

- Event Cancellations: Accommodated is not responsible for cancellations of events, functions, or activities. Such cancellations will be governed by our standard cancellation policy.
