This house is on the side of a hill, with terrific views towards Mt Ninderry. On a clear day you can get awesome sunsets. The water dragons love the rocky settings and we do all we can to encourage them. You'll see them during summer months. A nice BBQ / deck area to entertain, or relax. A coffee corner area. jut out of the westerly sun. A water feature close by if you like sound running water. An infrared sauna, with those healing different lights to help you relax. A projector screen, with all teh same TV applications and big comfy chairs so you can watch your favorite channels / movies. A back deck area, which is great for the morning sun, with a cuppa, even a gold fish pond out the back yard. The views get even better if you go for a walk out the back and look over the top of the house.
My wife and I have been, and still are avid travelers and plan 1 or 2 through walks a year in NZ, Tasmania, WA etc. We only let the main part of the house when we are on one of these trips, and none of our 5 children and growing no of grand kids don't want to use it. I hope you enjoy what it has to offer.
