The Jacaranda offers a peaceful coastal escape in the heart of Nelson Bay. This beautifully presented two-storey home blends modern comfort with a relaxed beachside vibe, perfect for families or small groups seeking a quiet getaway close to the water and local attractions. The open-plan living area features a comfortable lounge with Smart TV and a fully equipped kitchen complete with electric appliances, dishwasher, microwave, and coffee machine and split system air-conditioner. A breakfast bar and pantry add convenience for guests enjoying longer stays. The Jacaranda boasts 3 beautifully appointed bedrooms. The first and second bedrooms are located upstairs in the main section of the house and are furnished with lavish air-conditioned split systems, linen and bed making provided. The main bathroom has been renovated and provides a shower, toilet and vanity; this is also located upstairs. The third bedroom is self-contained and located downstairs with external access, it offers a sweet respite after long, adventurous day and is fitted with a kitchenette and TV. Each room is uniquely designed to ensure maximum comfort, accommodating our guests with an array of amenities. Please note the bathroom for the downstairs Bedroom is located in the laundry which is external to the bedroom. This bathroom also contains laundry facilities including a washing machine and clothes dryer. Outdoors, guests can relax in the private fenced yard, enjoy a BBQ, or make use of the carport and off-street parking. With its pet-friendly setting and modern amenities, The Jacaranda provides a comfortable stay just moments from Shoal Bay Beach, Nelson Head Lighthouse, and D’Albora Marina—perfect for exploring the best of Nelson Bay’s coastal charm.

Port Stephens is an easy 2.5 hours from Sydney, with its 26 beautiful beaches, the largest stunning sand dunes in the southern hemisphere, Great Lakes Marine Park and a National Park encompassing 42,000 hectares of Worimi Conservation Lands with fantastic coastal walks. If you love seafood you'll love the locally caught prawns, crabs and lobsters and freshly shucked oysters harvested from the sparkling blue estuary. An array of restaurants with spectacular views and waterside dining are available or a sunset dinner cruise or picnic at the beach might be more enticing. So many activities to do - Diving, fishing, Dolphin and Whale watching, Camel & Horse riding on the beach, boat hire, 4WD and quadbike sand dune rides, Golf, Health & Wellbeing and shopping are to just name a few.

Any abuse of threatening behavior towards staff or contractors will result in immediate termination of stay without a refund. Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
