Your coastal getaway awaits at ilalo, meaning "downstairs" in Hawaiian, and this charming downstairs part of the home is yours to enjoy. Once you enter the unit from the garage, you’ll be greeted by an open-plan dining room, kitchen, and living room that opens out to the lovely outdoor patio area. The kitchen is fully equipped with all the appliances you need for cooking away from home, with an adjacent dining table that seats six. The cosy living room features a TV, sofa, and air-conditioning unit for your utmost comfort. The polished concrete floors throughout do a great job keeping the space cool in summer. With the patio doors open, you can enjoy refreshing sea breezes and a seating area perfect for relaxing. There is one parking spot in the garage for the downstairs unit, please note the garage, laundry and entry way is shared with the upstairs unit. Master Bedroom - The coastal chic master bedroom features a comfortable king bed, wardrobe and a ceiling fan. Bathroom 1 - The main bathroom is complete with a shower, vanity, and toilet. Bedroom 2 - The second bedroom is furnished with two single beds, a wardrobe and ceiling fan. Laundry - The laundry is shared with the upstairs unit and is located in the garage with a front loader washing machine and dryer.
