A grassed foreshore separates the Intrepid Building from the white sands of Shoal Bay Beach which is ideal for the kids to play. Unit 13 'Intrepid' is a fantastic two-bedroom unit on the 1st floor and offers modern plantation shutters throughout and an open plan living area with spectacular water views to the headlands. The fully equipped kitchen offers plenty of bench space, an upright stove, microwave and fridge/freezer. The main bedroom has water views and access to the balcony and the renovated bathroom provides a shower, vanity and separate toilet.   An internal laundry with top loader washing machine, dryer and ironing facilities are also available. Close by and all within a quick ten-minute walk there are a variety of restaurants including Little Beach Boathouse, Halifax takeaway fish and chip shop, The Inner Light Tearooms and Diggers. The unit provides a single lock-up garage and one open car space which is ideal for a 2nd vehicle or small trailer boat/ jet ski. Sheets and towels are not provided at the property, you have the option to either hire or bring these with you, no pets and no party policy in place.    PLEASE NOTE THIS IS A SMOKE FREE COMPLEX

Any booking for more than 21 nights will require a mid-stay clean at guest cost. The agent is not responsible, nor has control over building and renovation work by neighbouring properties and cannot issue refunds in such circumstances. The guest acknowledges that they are required to complete an online check in form prior to the day of arrival. ID such as a license is required. Feel free to blur address on license. This information is removed from our systems 14 days after check out. There is a $3000 security deposit taken during schoolies period that is taken prior to arrival. Unless specifically stated the property does not provide linen such as sheets, towels, pillowcases, tea towels, bathmats. We can arrange the hire of these at an additional cost. Guests locked out of the property should contact our office on 02 4980 4400 to arrange collection of a spare key at a cost of $80. Any defects, non working items, and cleaning issues must be notified to the agent upon first arriving a the property.
