Fantastic apartment 100m from Salamanca Place and the Salamanca Market and 400m from the MONA ferry. Sunny corner fully self contained apartment the size of a house right near the docks and restaurants of Hobart with secure underground parking, lift access. 2 bedrooms, 2 bathrooms, 2 balconies. Your laundry. The map tells all - check out the location. Enjoy. Relax in the comfort of a well appointed, homely and large executive two bedroom apartment. lift-accessed, located in the Salamanca Mews residential complex situated between Salamanca Place and St David’s Park in the Hobart waterfront district on Sullivans Cove. All the comforts of home, with a full kitchen ready to cook up a storm but why bother with the best restaurants a short walk away. Plus your own laundry within your own apartment. Apartment is all on one level.
Cheryl and Kim decided to have a mid life crisis together and turn an idle conversation into a reality. 14 years later still at it. Cheryl and Kim hope their guests enjoy their stay.
We love the community, the vibrancy that the bars and cafe's bring to the area and the closeness to the harbour and CBD. Most of the things that you want are a short walk away, so a car is not always necessary. The early morning walks around Battery Point are a mix of flat and hills and all the time amongst the beautiful buildings that make up Battery Point and in the background is the harbour and Derwent Estuary, not always visible but you know it is there.
