John and Mary enjoy the beautiful beaches, creeks and parks which surround Huskisson and Jervis Bay. There are so many places to explore by walking, driving or by boat. We enjoy the warmer weather after having lived in a cold environment for many years. Sunrise and sunset are often spectacular and this motivates our photography hobby which we have just taken up. Huskisson is a beautiful place for a holiday, romantic getaway or semi-retirement and before we had apartments here, we would visit often. One of the things we particularly enjoy is that you can have the best of both worlds, cafe/restaurant scene and beautiful nature so close by. We bought our first holiday apartment six years ago and have enjoyed meeting guests from all over the world as well as Australia. This has enriched our lives and theirs.

Relaxing on the balcony, enjoy the magnificent view straight out to Currambene Creek and Jervis Bay and watch the boats come and go including the whale/dolphin watch cruise boats. Centrally located in vibrant Huskisson village, Jervis Bay Vista is a modern, self-catering apartment, air-conditioned, fully equipped for four people with quality kitchen/dining items and luxurious linen. It is a modern, stylish apartment and care has been taken to provide the details you would need for either a relaxing or working holiday. Free wifi access is offered to guests. There are two bedrooms, each with a queen bed. The master bedroom has an ensuite. It also features a wall mounted TV. Open the door of the second bedroom and you will walk straight out onto the front balcony and water views. Beds are made for the arrival of guests. The large front balcony is also accessed from the spacious living area and has a BBQ and outdoor setting as well as comfortable deck chairs. The living area has comfortable sofas and guests can relax with Netflix, or some books and magazines provided for their enjoyment. Jervis Bay Vista in the centre of Huskisson, is only 50m to the bay, beaches and whale/dolphin watching. Walk or bike ride over 10kms or whatever distance you prefer along the track starting at the wharf along the coast to Vincentia, then inland to Sanctuary Point and enjoy the changing beauty of the scenery as you go. Jervis Bay Vista is ideally located to access many attractions and features in the village and Jervis Bay area. The variety of cafes and restaurants close by should satisfy any taste and budget. Some of the activities within ready access of the apartment are: snorkelling, diving, fishing, kayaking, standup paddle board riding, hiring a boat, swimming in the bay, creek or pool. Or visit the quaint Huskisson picture theatre and view the latest movie releases. Nearby are two national parks which both offer bushwalking trails, birdwatching and historical information/sites. Booderee National Park has magnificent beaches such as Green Patch. Visit the Maritime Museum and learn about the history of the area or visit some of the local artists, see their work and take home a painting. Or try out the coffee in all the cafes and 'watch the world' go by.
