Share meals indoors at the bright and inviting dining table set beneath a pendant light, or head to the deck where a large outdoor table offers a breezy spot for relaxed alfresco dining. At the rear of the home, a covered patio offers a shaded lounge area with views of the sparkling pool—ideal for morning coffee, afternoon reading, or winding down after a swim. The pool is a refreshing escape on warm days, surrounded by a sun-drenched terrace perfect for relaxing or entertaining outdoors. Four thoughtfully designed bedrooms make this home ideal for groups. The primary suite spans the entire upper level and includes a queen bed, a walk-in wardrobe, an ensuite, a dedicated workspace, and a furnished balcony overlooking the pool. On the main level, two additional bedrooms each feature a queen bed and a desk for work or study, while the fourth offers a king single and its own workspace. A central bathroom with a freestanding tub and rain shower, along with full laundry facilities, ensures comfort for extended stays. Enjoy year-round comfort with central air conditioning and heating. Parking is available for two cars in front of the garage. Please note that the locked garage is not accessible to guests.

The inner suburb of Keiraville sits less than 10 minutes’ drive from central Wollongong in the foothills of Mount Keira. It’s home to the picturesque Wollongong Botanic Garden, and moments from the University of Wollongong. While visiting the area, walk to Sublime Point Lookout to take in 180-degree views over the sea and rainforest or get your heart racing paragliding over Stanwell Tops. Check out the weekly Eat Street Markets for its array of international delicacies and hit up some of the city’s best cafes along Crown Street, such as Lower East Café and Lee & Me. If you’re travelling with the kids, don’t miss a day out at Symbio Wildlife Park or Jamberoo Action Park.
