This classic, modernised beach house is located within an easy 100 metre stroll to the middle beach at Hyams, as well as the Hyams Beach Cafe. Kickenbach offers the best of indoor/outdoor living. Relax inside the large open plan living spaces or entertain on the enclosed full length, east facing verandah. Please note also that Kickenbach has no off street parking due to its location. Please note Kickenbach is for a maximum of 4 adults only. If you book for more adults without written permission from the owner or The Holidays Collection, you will be asked to leave. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. How is the property laid out? The living space in the house is open plan with three bedrooms off of a central hallway. There are two bathrooms, one of which is an en-suite, and a European style laundry. The open plan kitchen, dining and lounge open up to the large deck that runs the full length of the house, facing east towards Hyams Beach. You get some bay view as well! With floorboards throughout, modern appliances and the latest in entertainment technology, Kickenenbach is the best of old and new, in a great location.

Jervis Bay is a large, pristine bay located 3 hours south of Sydney.  It has crystal clear waters all year round and is famous for its stunning beaches, including Hyam Beach, which claims to have the whitest sand in the world!  Currarong, in the north, is a lovely mid-century holiday village with breathtaking headland walks, safe beaches and rock pools.  In the south, you can visit the popular towns of Huskisson, Vincentia and Hyams Beach, or take a drive through Booderee National Park, arguably one of the prettiest parks in Australia!
