Kitty Spain's Cottage, is nestled into the cliffs overlooking the River Murray and the quaint township of Mannum. It was built in the 1870's when paddle steamers floated by; a replica of one of these, the Marion, is moored below this comfortable home, close to the Main Street and all facilities. There are five steps to the cottage with a handrail, otherwise no steps in the cottage itself.Modern kitchen, bathroom and laundry. Very peaceful yet central location. . No stairs in cottage. Sorry, no pets allowed.
I love being able to offer my guests a comfortable and unique location, with view of the ferries passing on the river below.
short walk to Mannum's Main Street, offering supermarket, chemist, country shopping, dining and entertainment. Very close to Main Street and shopping-few minutes walk.
