It is built over two levels and has a lovely, full width ocean facing balcony as well as a huge entertaining patio - out of the wind. La Terrasse has an elevated position that gives great views of Kiama, yet is within walking distance of Surf Beach and the local shops and cafes. Strictly no parties at this property – please. You will be evicted if this rule is broken. Summer Season 25/26 (19 December to 22 January) 7 night minimums apply for the 3 week blocks below. How is the property laid out? La Terrasse is on two levels. The lower level has the entrance hallways, stairs that lead up to the next level, two bedrooms (one with private patio; the tri-bunk room), a study and a shared bathroom. The upstairs level has the en-suite master bedroom, open plan living / dining / kitchen area, full width ocean facing balcony, and a huge outdoor patio area. There is also a bathroom with toilet and basin on this level. The kitchen is equipped with a Nespresso pod coffee machine and dishwasher.

The South Coast of NSW stretches from around Wollongong to Bega, on the border with Victoria. More accessible to Sydney is the stretch of coastline from Minnamurra to Gerroa, and including the beautiful inland town of Berry. This is all within an easy 2 hour drive of Sydney. Minnamurra, Bombo and Kiama offer beautiful beaches and waterways, the famous Kiama Blowhole (and harbour), and Kiama itself is a bustling town with patrolled surf beaches, great cafes and restaurants. Gerringong and Gerroa are also beautiful coastal villages with great beaches, spectacular views and plenty on offer, including surf beaches, iconic ocean pools, coastal walks and golf courses. The nearby inland town of Berry is a foodie's paradise and is blessed with beautiful green pastures, sumptuous country retreats, and a stunning escarpment that fringes this whole stretch of coastline.
