The main house has 4 bedrooms & 3 light & bright living areas, the second residence is perfect for a couple, fully self contained & equally as stunning. Aircon and heating throughout, fast WIFI & plenty of outdoor space for entertaining. Enter the front door to a family oasis with stunning fully equipped kitchen, large dining table & generous entertaining area that opens out to a private courtyard with outdoor dining. Enjoy family time together whether it be BBQs in the summer or roasts in the winter, there's plenty of room for the whole family here. You'll hardly need the car with less than ten minutes walk to front beach, shops & the back beach. Powder room is on the ground floor. Reverse cycle air conditioning throughout to ensure your comfort all year round. Three smart TV's in the living areas. Upstairs to the second living area with gas fireplace & service bar, the third living space is a fully enclosed stunning verandah. The four bedrooms & two bathrooms (both with baths) are on this level which also opens out to the back yard with seating area & fire pit. The separate residence is tucked away in a lovely sunny spot in the rear of the garden. Bedroom one is the master suite with king bed, French doors out to the enclosed verandah/living & ensuite with stand alone bath, shower & toilet. Bedroom two & three have queen beds. Bedroom four is set up for the kids. We have a double bed & two single bunks, sleeping six comfortably. The self contained cottage has 1 bedroom & 1 bathroom, great sized living area with kitchenette, sunny verandah & is air conditioned to ensure your comfort no matter the weather. Perfect for a couple or young family with a baby. Standup paddle board & kayaks available for guests to use. No Schoolies/Hens/Bucks.
