This second storey, self-contained haven has private access, internal stairs and is fully separated from the main residence.
It will take you exactly 5 mins to walk to the beach (or longer if in holiday mode).
Want a barista coffee? Grab one on your way past from one of the local beachfront cafes.
Sunshine Coast Airport is a 5-minute drive - the easiest airport commute you will ever do!
For longer stays we have a kitchen and washing machine/dryer.
We have purposely bult this one-bedroom apartment for hosting guests on our property, The space, while joined to the main residence is separated by a full fire rated blockwall and suspended concrete slab to allow for full privacy.
Mudjimba is a quiet beachside town with fantastic beaches and cafes all within walking distance of Lil Sass.
