This limestone classic is situated on one of the South Fremantle's best streets, situated only minutes away from cafes, restaurants and bars, and only a short walk to the beach.
The entrance features some of the original limestone walls leading into the spacious open plan living, dinning and kitchen which is elevated over a perfect outside entertaining area. This area is kept comfortable with a reverse cycle split system.
There are three bedrooms, and one bathroom located on the first level. The master bedroom boasts a king-size bed and is ensuite to the main bathroom. The second bedroom is fitted with a queen-size bed, while the third has two bunk beds which are suitable for children.
Upstairs you'll find a wonderful second living area or adult retreat, with it's own bathroom and study all kept comfortable with another reverse cycle split system.
This house is a must stay when visiting Fremantle, you may never want to leave!
