Little Fern House is a 2 storey quiet fully fenced house, located in a quiet cul-de-sac with a beautiful tropical garden. It is a tropical hideaway located in the untouched secret gem; Mudjimba, in the heart of the Sunshine coast. Located only 800 meters from the beautiful golden sands Mudjimba beach, an ideal escape for those wishing to rest and relax in this tropical oasis. Mudjimba is an untouched hidden gem which has maintained its local laid-back beach vibe out of the hustle and bustle, but at the time it is less than 15 minutes drive to Maroochydore, Cotton Tree and Mooloolaba , the famous Eumundi Markets are 30 mins drive and Noosa.
A New Zealander and French couple, adventurers couple who have travelled back packing in South America lived in England Canada and Australia. Passion for travel. Have worked in hospitality during youth and can see how to make a place a pleasure to stay in with all necessities and hospitality. Very quiet property great for escaping the hustle and regrouping. Peaceful tropical garden and yet close to a gorgeous beach and local cafes. Mudjimba is a hidden gem and has escaped being over developed. It is the heart of the Sunshine coast and is a great base for exploring the sights around. Maroochydore and Mooloolaba are 15 mins drive away. Noosa is 30 mins drive and the famous Eumundi Markets.
