A quiet and sunny apartment set in a tree-lined street, the city centre is a mere five minute walk away. This spacious, well appointed apartment has a modern bathroom, a study area, spacious lounge, fully equipped kitchen and a separate enclosed garage. A balcony adjacent to the study provides an idyllic view of Mount Ainslie. The Australian War Memorial and Lake Burley Griffin are all within 15 minute walking distance while Canberra International Airport is ten minutes away by car.
