Property information

So named because it overlooks Yamba's Main Surfing Beach (Main Beach) and the land mark known as 'Lonerock'. From the living, dining, and kitchen areas you can see as far as Iluka in the North and across Yamba Point to the South. Built on two levels it is equally suited to a couple on their own or a family of six. On the upper level, the open plan lounge, kitchen, and dining area enjoy the fantastic views of the Pacific Ocean. Brand new modern kitchen with dishwasher, convection microwave, crockery, cutlery and cooking equipment provided. Dining setting for eight, carpeted living area, large screen colour television, sliding glass doors lead to slate tiled balcony. The main bedroom has a queen bed, blankets, pillows, and quilt provided, fully tiled ensuite, built-in wardrobes and is fully carpeted. Downstairs are the second bedroom with a Queen bed and third bedroom with two single beds - both with blankets, pillows, quilts, built-in wardrobes, and bedside tables. Both have sliding door access to the lower deck with slate tiles and excellent ocean views. Also on this lower level is the bathroom which is tiled with shower with a separate vanity and separate toilet. The laundry room is located on the lower level and has both a washing machine and a dryer. * PLEASE NOTE THE FOLLOWING: - Linen is supplied at this property. Bring your own beach towels. - A basic starter pack (toilet paper, dishwashing tablet, etc.) is provided for your initial needs, but for longer stays, additional supplies are recommended.
