Architecture by Peddle Thorp the condo is ~50 sqm in size. There is a bedroom with a queen size bed, a living room with a 3-seat sofa, a shower and a fully equipped kitchen. This lovely apartment is situated in heart of Moonee ponds. With bus and tram at the doorstep and the train station is 650 meters away. You have access to the entire Melbourne public transport network. CBD, Universities, Hospitals, and Airports are within easy reach. This location is Walker’s paradise with a walk score of 98.
