Please note that there is a non-refundable 4.5% charge when you pay with a credit/debit card. All guests are required to complete an online insurance/security form before checking in. There is also a building boom going on throughout Sydney we don't refund for construction noise if anything is going on in the neighborhood however if there is work being done next door or in the same building we will have a note in our summary.
