This immaculate 4 bedroom private home can comfortably sleep 12. This home has been perfectly designed with a flexible floor plan for large family groups with spaces to keep everyone entertained with many areas of sanctuary. Some features include 2 lounge areas and 2 TVs plus WIFI for your convenience . The modern kitchen is bright and white with an open plan living. The huge deck area has a large outdoor table, BBQ and day bed, perfect for lazing around on your getaway. Master bedroom includes one queen bed and king single; two other bedrooms include a queen bed and 4th bedroom include three singles plus a double bed. There is also a double pull out sofa in the lounge. Strictly no parties. Linen is not included in the rate.
Key safe lock for self check in and checkout is available.
Located in the backstreets of Rye off Melbourne Road. Quiet suburb area where loud parties are not expected.
