A second living room with a couch and TV is ideal for family games or relaxing with a book. Blinds, air conditioning, fans and breezy windows ensure pleasant temperatures all year round. Dine at the chic timber table with soft high back chairs. Calm coastal art adorns the walls. The contemporary kitchen certainly brings cooking inspiration. Meal preparation is easy with the wide stone island, walk-in pantry and french door fridge. Enjoy new appliances such as gas stove, oven, microwave, coffee machine and toaster. In the large backyard, an additional eight seater table sits under shade, perfect for firing up the barbeque. Picnic on the grass or play on the level concrete. Five bedrooms with soft and quiet carpet, wardrobes and block out shades will ensure a peaceful rest for all. There are four queen beds and king singles ideal for kids. The Pelican Bank bedroom is the largest with an ensuite bathroom featuring elegant mosaic, bath, shower and dual basins, ideal for couples. The two main bathrooms have sweeping mirrors, cabinetry and the choice of unwinding in the shower or bath. Feel fresh on longer stays with the washer and dryer. The garage and driveway has room for five cars and a boat.

Enjoy whale watching, fishing or sunset strolls. In a mere one-minute drive, enjoy the natural beauty of The Botanic Gardens. For kids and young at heart, a day at Wetside Water Park, Adventure Skatepark or Reef World Aquarium is packed with fun and under a 10-minute drive.
