There is also a separate dining area with a dining table and chairs. The property has one full bathroom with a shower screen and a separate toilet. The kitchen is fully equipped with a fridge, dishwasher, microwave/oven, tea and coffee facilities, and a toaster. The house also includes a private, fully fenced backyard with outdoor furniture. There is a separate laundry room with a washing machine. Off-street parking is available. **Strictly no parking on the driveway.** We can accommodate up to six guests. Extra charges apply for additional guests beyond the first. **Strictly no parties.** We have very quiet neighbors, and it is important to respect them. No noise is permitted after 9 p.m. Occasionally, some people may stay in the back retreat, so please respect their privacy. Visitors are welcome but are not allowed to stay overnight. If extra guests stay overnight, the host must be informed for safety reasons, and additional charges will apply.
