Newly Renovated 250sq Metre Luxury Beachside Apartment in Kikarra Crescent, Ideally Located Near Bush, Beach and Bay 'Ocean Sands' is the upstairs apartment in a duplex building of just two. Located adjacent to a bushy reserve, it's a five minute walk to both the beautiful Bennett's and Jimmy's beaches. This 180 square metre apartment with a 70 square metre deck has been recently renovated throughout internally, with a modern coastal boho style and new bathrooms, kitchen, timber-look hybrid flooring, paint and lighting. With three bedrooms, two modern bathrooms both with double showers and an enormous living, dining and kitchen space leading out onto a large entertaining deck, the unit is ideal for one or two couples, or one or two small families. The bedrooms include a king size with ensuite, queen and two sets of bunks. The living space has a soaring four metre high raked ceiling, eight seater dining table, four seater breakfast bar and a comfy King lounge. The apartment is equipped with a new Ilve induction stovetop and oven, microwave and dishwasher, coffee machine and a wood fireplace for the cozy cooler months. There's a wall mounted Bluetooth speaker in the kitchen, two smart TVs (one in the kids bunk room) with Netflix access and other streaming services, free wifi and ceiling fans in the bedrooms. The deck has a bushy outlook overlooking the street and includes an outdoor table that can seat at least six, bamboo seating, a shade cloth and a BBQ. You'll be treated to some special touches, and there's a premium linen service available if you'd prefer not to bring your own, so you can arrive and relax!
