Mingara Park cottage has been lovingly restored to provide a snug and cosy getaway. Sit and enjoy the beautiful countryside & sunsets, curl up and read by the fire place, stroll through the farm and meet our friendly goats and miniature cattle. The cottage is ideal for a week working from your country office, a weekend away for two or to share with family and friends. The kitchen has all you need to cook up a storm but if you prefer the outdoors, light the fire pit and sit out under the stars. Mingara Park is a working livestock farm. There is a lane through the middle of the farm that you are welcome to wander down, enjoy the views of Mt Buninyong and our lake and meet our animals along the way. If you see us out and about you are welcome to join us otherwise - we are available by phone if you need us. Mingara park is on Wadawurrung Country. We acknowledge the Kulin nation, the traditional custodians of this beautiful land and pay our respects to the elders - past, present and emerging.

Life is short and is to be lived as best we can. Right now on our piece of earth we are milking it for all its worth. Happy animals, healthy soil and moving with the rythms of the seasons equals exhausted but contented humans. We moved to our Scotsburn farm at the base of Mt Buninyong in 2021 and set to work to create a sustainable farm using farming techniques that nurture the environment, the animals and the people. We love providing our guests an opportunity to stay and be enriched by the beauty of this land.
