Property information

New modern townhouse in the heart of Yamba, walking distance to Beaches, River, Markets and Downtown. 3 Bedrooms, 2.5 bath, 2 living areas, deck, BBQ, garage, laundry and garden. Ceiling fans are in every room, all linen, and towels are provided. High speed Wi Fi and on demand Netflix included.

Neighbourhood information

Quiet residential neighbourhood but literally less than 200 meters walk to the river, clubs and downtown cafe/restaurants. Also please note this property is located in the flat area of Yamba so you will not have to hike up or down a hill to get to the main part of town! Walking is the best option for getting around this area. Also there is a bike path a which runs along the river literally a couple of hundred meters from the property
