Located in Truganina, you’re just about 25 minutes drive from Melbourne CBD under light traffic. 🛏️ Master Bedroom 3 (Upstairs) This comfortable bedroom comes with a double bed and a single bed, a walk-in closet, and its own private bathroom. It also includes a TV, making it a cozy space to relax and unwind. 🛋️ Living Rooms Enjoy two inviting living areas, each designed for comfort and relaxation. The main lounge features cozy seating, a large smart flat-screen TV, and a relaxed atmosphere — perfect for movie nights or unwinding with a cup of tea. The second living room offers a quieter space to read, work, or simply enjoy a peaceful moment to yourself. 🍽️ Cook’s Kitchen The modern kitchen is thoughtfully equipped: fridge, microwave, toaster, blender, rice-cooker and kettle. You’ll also find a starter selection of breakfast essentials (coffee, tea, Weet-Bix, sugar) to get your day going. 🧺 Laundry Room For ease during your stay, there’s a full laundry setup with both washing machine and dryer — convenient if you’re here longer. 🌳 Scenic Neighbourhood Just a 5-minute walk will take you to the peaceful Radial Street Playground, which also links directly to the iconic Skeleton Creek walking path — a perfect morning stroll or quiet nature break right outside your door.

Truganina is a quiet, family-friendly suburb in Melbourne’s west, where you can enjoy a relaxed pace of life while still being close to everything you need. You’re just a 10-minute walk (or 3-minute drive) from Truganina Shopping Centre, perfect for grabbing groceries, a coffee, or a quick bite. Nearby, the Truganina Library offers a calm spot to read, work, or simply unwind. For a bigger shopping day, Tarneit Central and Pacific Werribee are only a short drive away. Getting around is easy — Tarneit Station (8 minutes) and Hoppers Crossing Station (15 minutes by car) offer direct trains to Melbourne CBD in under 30 minutes.
