Welcome to The Mainsail! This top floor unit (there is a lift) is perfectly located in the Eastport area, only 200mtrs to Port City Bowling Club and 350mtrs to glorious Town Beach. Relax on the north east facing balcony, offering views of nearby bowling greens and Town Beach. Enjoy the pleasant sea breezes and local restaurants and coffee shops nearby. This unit has everything you need, full kitchen, dining area, lounge room, ceiling fans in the bedrooms and loungeroom, laundry with washing machine, bathroom with bath and shower and separate toilet and even free wifi. There is security parking for one car. The main bedroom has a queen sized bed and there are 2 single beds in the second bedroom, all linen is included.
