Once you're inside, you'll find a spacious living area with plenty of seating options and a kitchen that includes a dining room, perfect for accommodating families of 2, 4, or even 6—it's your choice! The two main bedrooms come with 2x King Beds, built-in wardrobes, ideal whether you're here for work or a relaxing staycation. One of these bedrooms even boasts an ensuite with a modern bathroom featuring both a walk-in shower and a bath. There's another bathroom equipped with a walk-in shower, plus a handy washing machine for your convenience. Every room here has its own TV, all ready for you to connect to the internet or your phone. In my kitchen, you'll discover toaster, kettle, microwave, fridge, cooktop, and oven—everything you need to whip up delicious meals right at home. For comfort during those chilly Tassie winters, the main bedrooms are fitted with panel heating, while the kids' room and the living area feature a large split system that provides both heating and cooling. I have another fully self-contained cottage with 1 Queen Bed & 1 King Single for max 3 guests. Cottage has its own private access through the main road. Parking is only available for our guests staying at 3BR house, no parking with the cottage. From top to bottom, my owners have designed every corner of this place with your comfort in mind.
