Ideally located in Merimbula on the Sapphire Coast NSW, 7 well appointed apartments with heated pool and BBQ area. Located on the popular Fishpen peninsular, just a few steps away from the Merimbula Lake, Main Beach and a 10min walk into Merimbulas main shopping precinct. All apartments open up on to a large grassy courtyard, enjoy a solar heated swimming pool, undercover BBQ and area for outdoor dining. Outdoor freezer for the fishing enthusiast and storage for kayaks and paddleboards, perfect for the active holiday maker. All appartments have off street parking, wifi, smart TV, air conditioning, fully equiped kitchen and access to a communal laundry. Feel at home and relax in this quite cul-de-sac block of appartments. Apartments sleep between 2 and 6 people.
