This stylish place is perfect for friends, families or professionals wanting short or long term accommodation. Walk to Showgrounds or Flemington racecourse or stay for the Melbourne Grand Prix. Positioned at the rear of this secure block offering peace and quiet, secure parking for 2 cars, open plan living and dining with full kitchen, 2 outdoor areas with undercover courtyard, 2 bedrooms, separate study area, modern bathroom & laundry. 55” TV with Netflix. 6km from cbd, 20 mins to airport.
