A modern townhouse in the central of Newport, close to CBD, 10 minutes walk to the Newport Station, 15 minutes driving to the CBD, 10 minutes walk to the closest stunning ocean view and 5 minutes driving to the famous Williamstown Beach. The townhouse has 2 bedrooms in the ground floors open to guest booking and you have separate bathroom, and fridge and disposable cutlery sets if you want to enjoy your own time in your room. The house also has a stunning sunset view from the first floor, please come upstairs and watch the sunset with me (usually there). The place is a townhouse, shared with me, and I usually stay at the house
I enjoy talking with guests around Melbourne, Newport and Williamstown neighborhood, sharing tips and tricks for individual travelers, family travelers as well as business travels. There are many cool areas around Newport and Williamstown, as well as so many amazing secret coffee in the CBD. The place is a townhouse, shared with me, and I usually stay at the house. I have a daughter but she is only staying with me on Sunday and Monday so it is always feeling lonely in the big house alone during the week. That is one of the reason I am open to meet guests and have a chat. We have toys around (for 3-6 years old) and boardgames for teenagers and adults, to keep everyone in your family happy
The neighbourhood is beautiful with many local attractions, for young travelers to areas for children to play and cool places for an individual business travelers. Feel free to ask me, but you can always walk to the Sandy Point Nature Reserve with an amazing view or walk along the Strand. There is a famous Armstrong playground for children, which takes less than 1 minute walking from the house. My daughter has been playing there since newborn till now (she is 4) and always enjoys it. She usually has a quick play there before going to the childcare, and goes there right after getting back home in the afternoon for a quick treat.
