Stay in a 2018-built contemporary beach house with access to the beach from the backyard. It is located in Primrose Sands, a convenient half-way point between Hobart and many historic and natural attractions on the Tasman Peninsula, including Port Arthur and the Tasman National Park. Primrose Sands is the perfect base for visitors who want to explore south east Tasmania while enjoying picturesque country surrounds and a beach right on their doorstep.
We are a family from the little city of Hobart. I'm a uni student and I help my parents look after the beach house in Primrose Sands. Some of my favourite things are travelling, eating, summer and our island state. We don't live in the area, but will be available to contact by phone to assist should any problem arises during your stay. We do allow dogs as pets. Max number of dogs allowed per stay: If the booking is for 2 adults then only one dog is allowed. If the booking is for 4 or more adults then maximum two dogs are allowed. House rules about dogs are to be followed strictly. Dogs are not being allowed on any carpeted areas or furniture, and in any circumstances not to leave them alone unattended anywhere inside the house, or alone inside the house if you go out. Upon checking out, the entire outdoor area needs to be inspected by the guests for any dog-droppings, where these need to be collected, placed in appropriate bags, and disposed of in the waste bin
Primrose Sands is a peaceful and quiet beachside town near the Tasman Peninsula. Local amenities include an RSL and general store in Primrose, and grocery shops, bottle shops, pubs and cafes/restaurants in nearby suburbs. Primrose is a great mid-way point between the beautiful beaches and bushwalks of the Tasman Peninsula, and the cultural sites of Greater Hobart (some popular examples listed below).
